AnimTheme is publicly accessible. You do not need an account to browse the marketplace. Certain actions, such as submitting a listing or completing a paid checkout, may require you to provide listing information, payment information, or contact information.

• Listings may include free or paid products.
• Each listing may include product text, screenshots, a preview GIF, a live preview URL, and downloadable source files.
• AnimTheme may remove, limit, edit, suspend, or refuse any listing that appears inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, harmful, misleading, broken, or inconsistent with marketplace rules.

• Paid checkouts are processed through Flutterwave.
• AnimTheme uses payment verification before granting access to paid downloads.
• Free products may be downloaded directly through the marketplace.
• Prices are shown on each listing. A blank price during submission is treated as a free listing, while an entered price creates a paid listing.
• For paid orders, AnimTheme may deduct a marketplace fee from the sale before remitting the seller share. The current standard marketplace fee is fourteen percent (14%) of the gross paid order amount, subject to change under these terms.

• You are responsible for reviewing a listing before downloading or purchasing it.
• You may not use AnimTheme to obtain content through fraud, chargeback abuse, scraping, or automated misuse.
• Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, downloads are for lawful use in your own projects and may not be resold, relicensed, or redistributed as a competing marketplace product.

• You may only upload content you own or are fully authorized to distribute.
• You must provide accurate listing details, including a working live preview URL and a representative preview GIF.
• You may not upload malicious code, deceptive files, stolen work, or content that violates third-party rights.
• If you choose to provide an email with a submission, you agree that AnimTheme may use it to contact you about the listing, a sale, support follow-up, moderation, or payment coordination.

AnimTheme operates the marketplace infrastructure. We do not guarantee that every listing is error-free, fit for a particular purpose, continuously available, or free from third-party claims. The marketplace and all listings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

AnimTheme may review fraud signals, payment disputes, duplicate payments, listing complaints, and abuse reports. We reserve the right to pause access, remove a listing, deny a download, or reverse marketplace access when reasonably necessary to investigate or enforce these terms.

We may suspend access to any part of the service, remove listings, or block use of the marketplace if we believe someone has violated these terms, created legal risk, or harmed the platform or other users.

AnimTheme may adjust listing presentation, promotions, discounts, or pricing status when reasonably needed to operate the marketplace. This includes the right to convert a free listing into a paid listing, or to discount, promote, or change the pricing of a paid listing.

Before AnimTheme makes a material pricing change to an already paid listing, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the listing owner or submitter in advance using the contact information available to us. A seller remains entitled to the applicable seller share for completed paid orders after deduction of the marketplace fee and any processor, refund, dispute, tax, or legally required charges.

AnimTheme may change the marketplace, submission flow, pricing flow, payment methods, or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
