AnimTheme currently allows public product submissions. A seller account is not required for submission at this time. By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are the owner of the content or are fully authorized to publish and distribute it.

• A clear title and accurate description.
• At least one product image.
• A preview GIF that represents the animated experience of the product.
• A working live preview URL.
• Source files that match the listing.
• A price if the listing should be paid. If price is left blank, the listing is treated as free.

You may optionally provide a submitter email when uploading a listing. That email is used by AnimTheme to contact you about moderation, listing issues, support follow-up, and paid-product communication. For paid listings, providing a reachable email is strongly recommended so the platform can contact you if a buyer purchases your product or needs support.

• Your listing must be accurate and must not misrepresent what the buyer receives.
• Your files must not contain malware, hidden payloads, credential theft, or destructive behavior.
• Your content must not infringe copyrights, trademarks, licenses, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Your preview assets and screenshots must correspond to the actual product.

By submitting a listing, you grant AnimTheme a non-exclusive right to host, store, display, market, and distribute the listing through the marketplace for as long as the listing remains active on the platform.

• Free listings may be downloaded directly by users.
• Paid listings are offered through AnimTheme checkout and verified through Flutterwave.
• AnimTheme may contact the submitter of a paid listing to coordinate post-sale communication, support, or seller payment details where needed.
• On each completed paid order, AnimTheme may deduct a marketplace fee before calculating the seller share. The current standard marketplace fee is fourteen percent (14%) of the gross order amount, meaning the standard seller share is eighty-six percent (86%) before any payment processor fees, refunds, disputes, taxes, or legally required deductions.

AnimTheme may change the pricing status of listings when reasonably needed for marketplace operations, merchandising, promotions, curation, quality control, or platform strategy. This includes the right to turn a free listing into a paid listing, or to turn a paid listing into a free listing, discount it, or otherwise modify its price.

If AnimTheme plans to make a material price change to an already paid listing, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the owner or submitter in advance using the contact details available to us. A seller remains entitled to the seller share on completed paid orders after deduction of the AnimTheme marketplace fee and any other processor, refund, dispute, tax, or legally required deductions.

AnimTheme may review, reject, unpublish, edit, or remove a listing at any time if it is broken, unsafe, misleading, infringing, unsupported, abandoned, or otherwise unsuitable for the marketplace.

If you publish a product, you are responsible for the accuracy of the listing and for addressing serious issues that make the product materially different from what was advertised. AnimTheme may remove listings that remain broken or unsupported.

You are responsible for your own taxes, reporting obligations, business compliance, and any rights or permissions required to distribute your content.

AnimTheme may remove your listing, limit access to it, or stop working with you if you violate these terms, submit harmful content, or create risk for buyers or the platform.
